They made small conversation with us and were able to tell us detailed information about every item on the menu. Service was exceptionally friendly and prompt and inquired about our every need - definitely some of the best that I’ve experienced in Morocco. The tea had a delicate taste and you could really taste the citrus notes and rose, but not too overpowering. It was definitely quite the setup and made us feel a bit pampered. We had the rose and orange tea, and it was brought out with a candle underneath to keep it warm and served in a clear exquisite glass. The order also came with two cute gold foiled chocolates in the shape of hamsas.Īfter nibbling on the pastries for awhile, our tea arrived. Cookies were also delicious and most were flavored with floral scents and honey. As for the mousse, it was extremely decadent and had a crunchy crumble at the bottom. Neither of us were fans of licorice, but if you are, you’ll probably enjoy it. I didn’t know what it was at first but it still looked good. For macarons we tried the pistachio, framboise and pistachio, citron and reglesse, which was basically licorice. We ordered tea, quite a few different cookies, macarons, and a chocolate mousse. We had fallen victim to our sweet tooths so pastries were on our mind.
